Welcome to OZOverse. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, interactive worlds, BlueStar, and the AI features that OZOverse provides (the “Service”). OZOverse is provided by Stellaeon Inc. (“OZOverse”, “we”, “us”).
Please read these Terms before creating an account or using the Service. If you create or manage a profile for a child, please also read the [Privacy Policy] and For Parents.
What you agree to — and what stays separate.
By creating an account or completing a displayed acceptance step, you agree to these Terms. Some features may carry additional terms, which will be provided before you use those features.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for the processing of personal data — that is governed by the [Privacy Policy].
OZOverse is under active development. Content on our website about our vision or future products does not mean those features have been released; some features may be offered in experimental form (alpha/beta) and may change as they develop. The Service you can use is defined by what is actually available at the time.
Adults hold the account. Children hold the journey.
Anyone who creates and manages an account, accepts these Terms, or makes a payment must be at least 18 years old and have the necessary authority under applicable law.
Children use OZOverse through an Explorer Profile and experiences appropriate to their age group. A child does not become a party to these Terms simply by using an Explorer Profile created or managed by an adult.
If you create or manage a profile for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise properly authorized to do so. Where the law requires parental consent or verification, the related feature may remain unavailable until those requirements are met.
A space for families — kept safe by clear lines.
You may use OZOverse for personal and family purposes. You may not use OZOverse to:
A child asking about a difficult subject, seeking help, or describing a harmful experience is not, in itself, a violation of these Terms.
We may limit access or suspend an account when we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used in a way that endangers a child, other people, or the Service, or that violates these Terms. Where appropriate, we will inform the account manager of the reason and next steps.
A companion, not a human — and never an authority.
BlueStar is an AI companion, not a human. AI can produce information that is inaccurate or incomplete, or misread a situation; do not rely solely on AI responses for important decisions. For young children, a parent or guardian should take part in how the child uses AI.
OZOverse and BlueStar are not an emergency service and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice in medicine, mental health, law, or similar fields. The AI’s observations about a child’s journey, questions, or interests are not professional conclusions about that child’s abilities, personality, potential, or health. OZOverse does not guarantee any specific learning or developmental outcome.
When an experience leads into the real world, the responsible adult should judge whether the activity suits the child’s age, the materials involved, the setting, and the supervision required — AI suggestions cannot fully know the real conditions around a child.
What you create stays yours.
Content you create, upload, or store in OZOverse remains yours (or the property of whoever holds the rights under applicable law). To provide the Service, you grant us permission to store, process, transmit, and display that content to the extent needed to operate the features you use and to protect users. This permission does not allow OZOverse to sell a child’s content, use a child’s creations for advertising, make a child’s private content public, or use a child’s personal data to train foundation AI models; any other purpose, if any, must be separately explained under the [Privacy Policy].
The software, brands, BlueStar, world designs, images, audio, stories, and other assets provided by OZOverse belong to Stellaeon Inc. or its licensors. You may use them within what the Service permits; creating something that incorporates OZOverse assets does not transfer ownership of those assets to you, and you may not resell, copy, or exploit them beyond what is permitted, except where the law allows.

How OZOverse collects, uses, retains, and deletes personal data is explained in the [Privacy Policy] and on our Safety & Privacy page. OZOverse does not sell children’s personal data and does not advertise to children. Using a feature is never treated, by itself, as consent to use data for another purpose.
The Service evolves — your rights stay visible.
OZOverse may add, change, limit, or discontinue features to improve the Service, fix problems, protect users, or meet legal requirements. You may stop using OZOverse or request account closure through [Account closure channel].
We may update these Terms; new versions will show their update date. If a change significantly affects your rights or obligations, we will give appropriate notice and, where required, ask for your renewed acceptance.
OZOverse cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every AI response will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or user right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Clear prices. Adult decisions.
When OZOverse offers paid plans, the price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be clearly stated at the time of signup, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Only an authorized adult may make payments; a child’s request or agreement in a conversation with BlueStar is not authorization to pay.
